PPE
The single most important point.
Seriously, wear your mask, a faceshield, a gown, and an N95 during aerosolizing procedures.

Cleaning N95s
- 70C / 158F heating in an oven for 30 min can decontaminate masks while keeping ~96% filtration efficiency.
- Bleach, chlorine, and alcohol directly on N95s damage the material, and remove the static charge in the microfibers, decreasing filtration down to 56-75%. (Then it's no longer an N95)
- UVGI (Ultraviolet germicial irradiation) of 2-5 mJ/cm2 deactivates coronaviruses. A biosafety cabinent capable of 300 mJ/cm2 (with 254nm bulbs) for a 15-minute cycle can decontaminate and allow masks for re-use.
